I don’t know what is wrong with people in the bathroom, their hands are growing from the wrong place or just bad luck. but in our family everyone is happy with this bathroom. My sister bought the first bath in 2008, it still stands without chips, without cracks, the repairman fixed it to the wall and she did not go a shaker. when my husband and I rented an apartment, first of all we bought a new bath in 2013, and attention !!! still stands and everything is in order with her! but I also pay attention to it, buy special cleaning products without abrasive, wash easily, whiteness pleases the eye. Now a small child actively throws at her everything that comes to hand, and not a single chip, cracks. when we move to my apartment, I’ll also put a bottom bath, because we have it tested by time and we are satisfied.

Donna Vanna Bath

I bought a steel bath Donna Vanna, manufacturer Verkh-Isetskiy Metallurgical Plant, Ekaterinburg, they also produce bathtubs Antika, Reimar. The bath was installed according to the attached instructions, the legs were complete with a bath. After a week of use, cracks appeared in the place of attachment of the left leg, on an enameled surface (photo No. 1)

Imagine my surprise, steel bath, my weight is 60 kg.

I appeal to the store (Formulas 2). When they wrote a complaint in the store, for the sake of interest they went to see the same new bathtub in the trading floor, and, unexpectedly, there turned out to be a similar defect, also in the area of the left foot attachment (photo No. 2).

Well, then more interesting. In the store they asked for a photo of the bath, it turns out they solve such problems with the photos. Then another head fooled by the barcode bath, article. In short, the supplier, KS-trade LLC, the UMIX group of companies refused to exchange goods, citing the fact that the defect arose due to improper installation of the bath (I wonder how they determined this from the photo?). Okay, let's say the installation is wrong, and why did the defect form on only one side? And how did the new bathtub on the trading floor end up with a similar defect? They wrote a letter to the manufacturer on this situation, did not receive an answer, ignore, here it is the attitude of the domestic producer towards consumers, to make a ...... and head in the sand, I see nothing, I hear nothing.

Verkh-Isetsky Metallurgical Plant, LLC KS-trade (group of companies umiks), Formula2 store --- here it is the chain of production, supply and sale to consumers g ......

We have been using the bathroom for 8 years! No complaints, shiny like new, no effort when washing, the color of the blue-headed lagoon. By the way, my girlfriend is the same pink, only she is already more than 10 years old and like new. I read reviews and wonder, I was so lucky with her ?! I want my mother to buy the same.

Donna Vanna - low quality bathtubs
A comment
I bought a bath in the BauMall hypermarket in Perm last summer. Hypermarket employees brought the bath, upon receipt, carefully checked it for chips and enamel cracks. There were no defects. The bath was installed by a qualified plumber in my presence in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Installation is 100% accurate and high quality. After a week of operation, cracks and chips crept out onto the enamel at the bottom of the bathtub, near the drain hole. This surprised me very much, since only I used the bathroom (I live alone) and I didn’t drop anything into the bath and was extremely careful with it. I weigh 75 kg.

Corrosion began to form at the cleavage site. I was forced to treat the problem areas with a rust converter and cover them with a bath repair compound. However, after a while, exactly the same defects got out from the other edge of the bath. Once again, no punches, no overloads. The coating just pops and that's it. Moreover, only after a while I noticed that the enamel defects always come out only in the projection of fastening the steel legs of the bathtub. He climbed under the bath, looked. Indeed - enamel chips were exclusively in the projection of the welding points of fasteners. Where the place of welding is, the enamel is cracking. This is exclusively a factory marriage. I will return the bath, neither in the world order, so in court.
pros
White. Easy to clean.
Minuses
The actual bath life is 1 week.
The metal is of poor quality. Enamel of poor quality. The fixing system of the legs of the bath is of poor quality.

She is so thin that the horror
A comment
We decided to change the bath and try steel. Bought Donna Vanna White orchid - was beautiful and large 170 to 70. Do not buy. Really just spend your nerves, money and time. There will be nothing good with this bathroom. I already choose another bathtub in its place although I installed it only about 2 months ago. She is so thin that horror. Until I got into it myself, there was nothing. She withstood the wife and children, although the wife complained that the bottom seemed to bend under her. I did not believe until I tried it myself.

It looked like a very durable bath, as thin plastic bent under me. Well, okay, I decided that just under the bottom I’ll make a stand and that's it. But it turned out that it was too late. From one bath in my weight, the bottom was so bent that a spider web appeared around the attachment to the legs. The substrate could initially have slept, but I didn’t do it right away and the cobweb literally in a week grew into normal such cracks and the bath began to rust. I sit and think - for such a price it was possible to bring a normal acrylic bath which would not rust at least. I took a chance and took an unverified manufacturer, I write so that others do not get caught.

Great bath Donna Vanna

For a long time choosing a bath with my husband, we decided nevertheless to stay on a steel bath is not expensive and practical, our parents have already had such a bath for 3 years. This bath has been with us for more than six months, no comments. The very big + one was that the legs were bundled and there was no need to spend extra money to purchase them, since I very carefully approached any purchase and did not unjustifiably throw money out of my pocket, the legs were sold separately for other bathtubs. The sound-absorbing plate really helps, the bath does not rattle as much as with conventional steel. Over time, the enamel did not want either from us or from our parents for 3 years, it remained the same as with the purchase. We are happy with our choice, we hope that the bath will stay with us until the next repair for 10 years.

Disgusting bath quality

When choosing a steel bath, a choice was made between the German company Caldevei and Donna Bath. Visually outwardly look equally worthy. Bribed the price Donna bath costs 2 thousand cheaper. They made repairs, laid the tiles and after a week of operating the bath on the bottom, chips began to form on the enamel and microcracks. The maximum load weight was up to 75 kg. Impressions of a new repair are spoiled. What will happen after several years of use ??? We decided to rent a bath and demand a refund for the bath and its dismantling. During dismantling, they found that rust had already begun to form in the place of the drain hole. The manufacturer does not take responsibility, refers to improper operation. Very disappointing, sorry for the time and money. I do not recommend this bath to anyone. Before buying, read reviews, they do not save on quality.

In general, I was looking for a bathtub of size 160, I was looking for a long time, I saw this bathtub in the store and I bought it right away for joy (the right size).

To begin with, the legs do not fit snugly into the bathtub. Oh well, I think the bath itself under the weight will rise as it should. A little tormented with its installation, installed.
Installed, wedged, scooped up water, sealed, foamed. Everything was great. 2 days have passed - I went nuts. At the junction of the rear leg (at the head of the head) to the bathroom, a chip appeared that began to rust in the water, which hurts your eyes a lot when you look into the bathtub. I did not expect this! 2 days! And the material is stainless steel!

In general, I do not know what to do. The tiles have not yet been laid, it’s a pity not even 5.5 thousand, but the lost time and effort. What to do now - I do not know. Buy another bath (which in total will turn out like a good cast-iron bath), or hammer on this switch, but how will it behave in a year? Will it rot and the bath will flow?
pros
Is that the price, but the cons negate this plus.

For steel, it’s not a bad company

Parents have a bathtub from Donna Vanna in the bathroom, called the Blue Lagoon. The bath has a standard size of 170X70, it is conveniently located inside and take water procedures, you feel not constrained. The color of the enamel is not standard - blue, the bathtub filled with water looks interesting. In terms of quality, I can say that it is fully consistent with its value. You should not expect from 5000, which is super good.

But for its price it is quite decent. It costs parents about five years, if not more, to look like new, the enamel has not deteriorated. The only trouble is the legs are rusted, and quickly enough after installation. But they were covered with a screen and now they do not bother the eyes with their unpresentable appearance. All in all a normal bath, with excellent quality. Noisy, but all steel baths have this trouble.

Donna Bath - quality by 1.
A comment
I installed myself a bath from Donna Bath, I decided to support the domestic manufacturer, so to speak.

After two weeks of operation, a chip appeared on the enamel. Moreover, they threw nothing heavy into the bath, nor dropped it, etc. They washed it only with gentle means, in general I have no idea how this chip could appear. Then it got worse, after 1.5 months the enamel began to rust in some places, covered with spots. Before that I used a steel bath for more than 10 years and there are no problems with it at all, but here it is, horror! The quality is disgusting, to replace it I will have to break the whole new tile, then lay down the tile again, etc. She will come to me like a normal pig-iron for the money. There is no limit to my indignation, I have not seen such a terrible quality for a long time. Do not spend your money on this semblance of a bathtub, just throw them in the trash, and you just get tired of repairs.
