Reviews and objective assessment of insulation Polynoor

Polinor - I recommend (I made a roof in the country)
A comment
Last year, in the summer I decided to insulate the roof of the country house, so that in winter there would be another room. From the beginning, I thought of ordering a work team of workers with the installation. Layer 100 mm - voiced 1300 rubles / m2 (area 50 m2). Found on the Internet information about Polinor, including a lot of negative. But still I decided to try. I bought a couple of cylinders for testing, the gun was already there, the cleaner too.
From the beginning I didn’t like it at all! The cylinder did not spray - but spit more, the pressure quickly dropped. I wanted to return the remaining cylinder already. But representatives quickly explained what the problem was - he used an old gun (although he cleaned it). I bought a new gun - and everything is like clockwork, good spray, sticks to the tree and slate perfectly. In winter I ordered an examination of the house with a thermal imager - it keeps the heat perfectly! The thermal imager showed a leak of heat from the floors - I’ll order it again, because I don’t have any idea how to insulate it in another way. Definitely put FIVE and recommend.
ps after reading bad reviews, I come to the conclusion that people just don’t read the instructions for use or people who earn money from installations write reviews. As a result, I saved almost 20,000 rubles and I do not regret at all that I chose it all the same! I handed over everything in 2 days leisurely with a beer!
pros
Convenient to work! You don’t have to think how to fix it - where you aimed the gun, then it was insulated. It takes up little space - it was taken away in a passenger car (for polystyrene foam it was considered - a gazelle was needed).
Minuses
I would like it cheaper.

The usual mounting foam is pink. Spraying a wide line only due to the nozzle. Flammability is high, As well as flammable. Smoke is smelly and most likely toxic. About the advertising service life of 45-50 years - nonsense.

Show at least one place where this "novelty" has served so much. And polyurethane foam is afraid of sunlight. So this is Nonsense. And I don’t remember the same mineral wool of the manufacturer, it’s been in the attic for 8 years and nothing happened to it, it’s very dusty.
pros
No
Minuses
Price, requires an additional nozzle on the gun, it is easier to buy a regular mounting foam.

Ideal for those places where it is problematic to crawl with a conventional heater.
Unfortunately, due to the price, it does not withstand any competition with any other type of insulation.
At a price of 250 instead of 400, it would be the other way around - no other insulation in competitors would go close
pros
He covered with a layer of 3-3.5 cm. As a foam, it swells a little and as a result about 5 cm.
It is very convenient to apply, it sticks to everything perfectly.
He insulated the foundation grillage from the inside, so that excessive moisture did not condense, it was convenient and simple to work, the result was excellent.
Minuses
The flow rate is overestimated by the manufacturer twice, in reality, with a layer of 5 cm. There is a maximum of half a square there, the balloon flies out in one fell swoop.

The price - two cylinders of 1000 rubles was enough per square meter to fill more or less normally, with this money a meter could be insulated much better and a square of 3-5.

HOUSE 50M2 FRAME 1934 OUTDOOR BUILDING 50 BALLONS LAYERS FROM 3 cm to 6 cm HALF MADE UNIVERSALLY UNTIL ALREADY TAKEN. We need a good gun (I bought 2 cheap ones and bought a BISON FOR 700r and pressed the nozzle against the wall until it clicked, only freshly balconies, which were stored all winter long).
pros
Now I can foam any walls without jambs
Minuses
Expensive, but how correctly noticed if you hire will fly a pretty penny

I read the reviews, I'm sitting, I think I want to take the walls of the facade in places where the house is on the foundation, to block the dew point, and also to insulate the floors in the attic, between the beams on the second floor I need to fill the space with a beam and I’ll try to grind the seams, as this hard-to-reach places, well, with no cotton wool to plug the cracks))) and then I'll see if this insulation is good)) the toad presses me too, but if you insulate with the usual 3 layers plus vapor barrier, plus a furniture gun, staples, then crawl to wriggle)) I remember how the floor was insulated)) I int I jumped at the beams like a doe, and then a stump crouched)) it seems to me that if the craftsmen’s hands really work, then everything will work out)) then I’ll write my own review)) how it went, by the way I’ll take it to Leroy too))

Respond, who used Polynor and with whom you can chat or phone. There are many good reviews, but the more there are, the more doubts arise about the practicality of this product.

Thanks for your real reviews !!! Not for those that the manufacturer ordered on all forums from schoolchildren’s schoolchildren, but for those that really outline the picture and speak for themselves! Thank you, I will not use it.

Loggia insulation
A comment
I really liked the Polynor insulation. Easy to use, very quickly insulated the loggia. Previously, there was cotton wool, which after 5 years all collapsed and cracks appeared from the top. He sprayed one on the plywood that covered the cotton. I no longer feel bloating and the room has become much quieter and cleaner. The smell quickly disappeared. Wrap it up with a thickness of 5-7 cm. Now it is very comfortable in the room, warm and quiet. Recomend for everybody!

Polynor is
A comment
He insulated the house S = 56 m2, took a polynor on the basis of 5 cm per 180 m2, did according to the instructions, in the construction industry for more than 15 years, was interested in seeing advertising, had doubts and a choice in insulation, did not want to bother, itching from ursa and overpaying for ppu hiring from the side, now I regret that I made my choice in the direction of polynor. The first is the price, the second is the declared output of the insulation, the third is a marriage (out of the number of pre-purchased 17 cylinders I did not print in the gun), and the rest is gas for a third of the foam. Fourth, this is not a uniform distribution of warming (maybe the hands grow in the wrong place, but with expansion there are gaps and places where the layer is less than 2 cm.) Maximum layer 3 cm. In one pass. per 1 m2 from the bottle.

Result: there is no declared layer, overpayment for insulation (for PPU I would give 100r / m2 with a 1cm layer, that is, for the money spent for 3 cm of polynor, I would insulate 4-5cm of PPU, or 10cm of extruded polystyrene (so as not to itching) or with a basalt stove + hire workers for insulation. There is no benefit, but there is no talk about saving at all. The heater is very combustible !!!, It breaks down in the sun like mounting foam, as stated on the site about the closed cell structure is a lie! (this one-component composition. maxim 30%.)

Regarding 17 defective cylinders: I wrote a complaint to the store for the customers, for the exchange, where I purchased it on 08/16/2016, 2 weeks later they called back and said that they had sent the marriage to the factory for inspection, this is at least 2 more weeks, it remained to insulate the attic, a month of time lost, still it’s not a fact that a month, it may be necessary to decide through consumer goods, according to the law, a claim for 10 working days can then be brought to court and you can put 3% of the amount for each day on the meter. the current house will not be completed from this, and the cold will come soon. that’s your own conclusion.
pros
ease of installation.
Minuses
Price, declared consumption, invented characteristics, marriage from the factory.

I bought a house to warm the base, or rather to close the seams after it was insulated with PP sheets, in general everything is well sprayed, the only thing I need to look at is the expiration date, since I didn’t have enough, I decided to buy in another store, I arrived and began to spray, and it’s half way to go further, some liquid, the current on the second can’t think of an expiration date to look, it turned out that it is expired, so before buying it is worth paying attention to it, and those first of this year of manufacture came out clean.
