Heater Penoizol

In terms of its technical parameters, penoizol can rightly be called a worthy replacement for all existing materials for thermal insulation. Its main difference from other types of insulation is its high level of reliable thermal insulation properties. The material has a low density but excellent open flame resistance. It is not destroyed by microorganisms.

Heater penoizol

Along with such qualities, reviews of penoizol also note certain of its shortcomings, which are associated primarily with poor-quality work on its installation.

Penoizol is called urea or "liquid" foam. The whole process of its manufacture can be fully organized at the construction site itself, where it is planned to be poured into the voids between the masonry walls or insulation of other surfaces. It is this feature of it, which allows you to fully perform the insulation by filling the empty space between the structural materials of walls, partitions and roofs, which makes it especially popular among builders.

In working condition, after the preliminary preparation process, it is comparable to a souffle, and after hardening it resembles a frozen mounting foam, but has a snow-white color and a completely different density and structure.

Warm, cold house
A comment
I spoke with a representative of a warm house. Talked about the price of pouring, he said that it would be 25,000 - 30,000 thousand rubles. I cooked 35,000 tons in reserve. Workers arrived for lunch. Upon arrival, we cleaned the hoses for two hours, they said that the water was hard, but it turned out that a clogged marsh. Drilled a hole with a diameter of 26.mm. Then they started pumping foam. The house is 6.5-9.5, the wall height is 3 meters. They downloaded 9.5 one way and said that it had already reached 50,000 tons. I said that I don’t have that kind of money. They said they would make a big discount. As a result, they pumped 196 liters as they had a water meter. 6.5 a floor of the wall, they said that we had run out of tar, you got 74,000 tons of rubles. But, you give us 54,000 tons, and you tell the chief 29,000 tons. Having received the money, they left and said, save the money. They told me to the whole house that it was necessary 140,000 - 150,000 tons.

penoizol - an excellent heater
A comment
Penoizol was pumped into the inter-wall space about 5 years ago. The house was built in 2000. wall of block and brick. between them was a void of 5-6cm.

Before warming, my wife and I glued wallpapers every year, stripping mold, the house was cold and damp.
after warming the three walls with penoizol, even in the process it was heard how the foam fills the well masonry, the foam climbed out of the cracks from under the windowsills, slopes, and even went into the attic.

Today you go up to the attic - there I got penoizol left when filling. The material is white, elastic click harder crunches.

The guys immediately warned me that penoizol does not like to be poked, squeezed, penoizol does not like physical effects. It is logical that there is no load on the penoizol in the wall, therefore it is used for this.

if you want to see come Tatarstan Almetyevsk village. Russian atash st. Soviet tel. 89872624728

our neighbors and our relatives warmed up - everyone is happy, everyone is feeling the change for the better, it’s warm and dry in the houses, there is a saving on heating.
Based on my experience - I recommend this insulation for injection into the inter-wall space.

pros
The advantage is that when pouring liquid penoizol into the wall under pressure, it fills all the cracks. it's just a super heater. it’s cool in the summer, warm in the winter!
Minuses
for 5 years I did not find any cons.

penoizol and polyurethane foam
A comment
I know for myself - both the walls and the attic were insulated with penoizol, and the ceiling with polyurethane foam. Everything is just fine, comfortable at home at any time of the year.
pros
Seamless heaters, have been used for more than five years. everyone is happy!
if you consider the price - then such a heater is cheaper. arrived - and that's all. if you hire installers for installation, etc. - It will come out both more expensive and more nervous. and nerves are more expensive than money. so I have nothing bad to say for these heaters.
Minuses
380 volts are needed for PPU spraying equipment. not everyone has it ..

Penoizol insulation - it will always be comfortable, cozy, and most importantly warm in the house!
A comment
Having a private house, any owner sooner or later have to think about warming his home. After building the house, we installed our own heating, but despite this, it can be cool sometimes in the winter. We decided to use penoizol as a heater, fill with it all the voids that are available. The price for this type of insulation is a little expensive, about 2 thousand per meter in a cube. The material does not burn, does not emit toxic substances. Promotes good sound insulation, good insulation.

The work was carried out by specialists, all of them took no more than 4 hours of time. To completely dry the foam in the summer, only 2-3 days are enough. In winter, the house is warm and comfortable, it is much less likely to use the boiler, there is no cold from the walls, now we feel the savings in the family pocket. Satisfied, warm at home, beauty!

Minuses
A little expensive.

Penoizol and its disadvantages when warming the roof
A comment
I decided to warm the blown roof myself with penoizol. Since there were a couple of potential objects on the horizon, the idea came to my mind to fork out for the device. I got the device, got down to work - the foam turned out to be lush, thick, voluminous, which instilled hope and aroused excitement, because shrinkage according to the manufacturer's assurances should be very slight, visually invisible. After drying, my beautiful foam significantly “sat down” in volume. If you have not dealt with penoizole in the past, keep this in mind.

The result of the debut disappointed me a little, but it was rather connected with my unjustified expectation. The main tasks - heat preservation and soundproofing satisfy me. Heat is retained due to the high content of air in the foam, which carries the function of an insulator.

In total, I would rate the material in the top three, because there are enough troubles due to these shrinkages. The desire to continue such activities has disappeared.

Interested in his bad experience, I decided to look for information on the Internet and came across this video clip, which I attached below.

As I understood from my practice when working with this insulation, it is important to observe all proportions correctly, thoroughly know the technology, have good equipment, well, of course, carefully choose the one who will produce the insulation. Be careful that it doesn’t work out like on the video.

pros
From the positive: it does not burn, is environmentally friendly, mice will not start in the penoizol.
Minuses
The bad thing is that the penoizol is brittle, it is easy to deform: to break or pierce and it will not restore its shape, it is subject to shrinkage.

Penoizol insulation of the attic floor
A comment
We live in our home. We have an attic, which was very poorly insulated and it is cold in the house because of this. Especially in the winter.

We decided to insulate the attic. We discussed for a long time what, what kind of insulation to choose. I read about the wonderful properties of Penoizol - a liquid urea foam resin.

I watched videos on the Internet that fit very quickly. Freezes too soon. It stores heat well, there is no smell, it is completely harmless.

We found a company specializing in working with liquid foam. We agreed to meet. They measured everything and named the amount. Not a little one. Two days later, we arrived with equipment. We watched with the whole family how interesting they were pouring foam from the hose. It turned out quickly. But finally froze in the second week.
pros
quick warming, after solidification there is no smell, harmless.
Minuses
long final drying, high price.
