Bought "Extruded polystyrene plates TECHNONICOL CARBON ECO 1180х580х30". My complaint to the manufacturers regarding the dimension of the plates is that if the thickness of the plate is 30 mm, then it should be 30 mm. plus or minus some. What a plus or minus I found out at TECHNONICOL (you have to give credit to the employees of the company they talk very politely! And even offer to exchange goods if something happens). Plates are produced according to service stations (Organization Standard - formerly called STP - Enterprise Standard), the thickness tolerance is from minus 2 mm. up to plus 6 mm .. I have a plate of 28.7 mm. - 29.0 mm. Those. I lose at least 3.3% in thermal conductivity !!! But for some reason I did not find out of 65 plates, not one in thickness more than 29 mm. Lot number 24 882/2/4. Date of manufacture 08.12.16 Branch of Technoplex Plant LLC, Ryazan. FOUND OUR BROTHER !!!

TechnoNIKOL - very poor quality

We are building a house - we bought almost everything in technoNIKOL - a soft roof, stone wool, spotlights, drains of polystyrene foam.

Stone wool - quality 3 in a pack of slabs of different densities, some of which cannot be laid down crumble in your hands.

Soft roof - they took an expensive one from the minuses; the price was too high and it kept a little worse than the Finnish one (compared to the neighbor).

Spotlights and gutters took brown spotlights vinyl for the second year in the sun, completely burned out (and we live in the middle lane).

In general, the impressions of TechnoNIKOL are only the worst if the manager assured that the guarantee is 50 years old, the same is written on the site, but in fact they wrote to me that there is no guarantee. to eliminate the shortcomings refused. If anyone is interested, I can send photos and an official answer that the company is not responsible for the quality of the goods.

I began to warm the attic, I bought PAROK Extra, at a price of course not cheap, I decided to try TechnoNikol Rocklight. I took two packs, as soon as I opened the pack I regretted it. The first and last sheets are like a rag, 3 cm thick, fall apart in the hands, the rest are of different densities, some are sometimes shone through. In short, God forbid once again to buy TechnoNIKOL, even 20% cheaper! Better to pay more, but take a quality product! I do not advise anyone.

The neighbor’s arguments sounded very convincing, he decided to buy it for himself, and, as I tell you, the insulation in this case, the truth is great. The advantages are obvious here, in favor of technokil, firstly, you don’t stay in the country house all the time, but I don’t live there at all in the winter, so there is no one to heat it, the house needs ventilation, and the technokil has about 100% vapor permeability, you should not be afraid of the fungus. Secondly, the walls breathe. Thirdly, the material is non-combustible, safety is paramount. As for the minuses, they are also present: not all types of plaster are suitable for this insulation, and they can easily be broken, they undergo deformation. But in general, an excellent insulation, cost very inexpensively, and we did work with it in a couple of days.

In rainy weather, even at night, the sound of droplets on the roof is not heard. In winter we do not live there, we arrive in March. Keeps warm well. No damp. I’m also thinking about warming the ground floor with them, as parents want to live there permanently.
