Toilet bowls Jika (Jika)

Jika's toilets are Czech products, but today they are also produced in Russia. Therefore, reviews about Jika toilets relate to a greater extent to Russian-made products. Sanitary ceramics Dzhika has good consumer properties, high quality, ergonomic shapes and are presented in a wide assortment. The guarantee for toilet bowls is up to five years, which, combined with the average price, makes products in demand.

Reviews and opinions on Jika toilets

In the presence of sensible plumbing (and silicone) I recommend.

I bought this model. Before that, the Ceramin City device was normal for 20 years, but there were problems with the coating and, consequently, difficulties in cleaning the inside of the product.
I liked the creation of the Czech genius Jika Lira.

I must say right away: all installation, all articulations / connections only through san.silikon!
The fact is that this faience (or porcelain?) Friend of the family was born in Chuvashia, and after assembly there were funny trickles from under the tank (after coating the gaskets with silicone it stopped) and through the right hole of the tank’s fastening to the bowl (it also disappeared after applying silicone). The duroplast seat from Keramin was ideally suited in shape, but I had to increase the mounting studs with the help of "long" nuts, because the thickness of the bowl at the attachment points of Jiki is much greater than that of Keramin.
Now for the good: I like the model, it doesn’t splatter, it’s an intense flush, we haven’t used it with a brush yet, the set of water is quiet. Sitting well, posture is correct. In the presence of sensible plumbing (and silicone) I recommend.

Quality toilet!
A comment
A good choice of toilet, installation is very convenient, the appearance is presentable. The price was very surprising, I would never have thought that for such a meager price I would find an excellent quality friend in the toilet room! The design is as convenient as possible for use; when flushing, the water does not tend to spray around, the rim is very conveniently made. The tank is small, so there is no need to worry about the water meters.
pros
double discharge, there is a splash, reliable in operation, easy to wash
Minuses
there is no seat in the kit for the toilet, it will have to be purchased separately
Term of use
more than three years

Now for Lyra Jika toilets, the quality is lame
A comment
Recently purchased a Lyra toilet bowl from Jika. Although I have not had much time in operation, I have already suffered a lot with this “friend for thought”. What can I say, the quality is simply none. Casting is all crooked, the barrel lid walks by itself. Gaskets are disgusting, water literally runs along a bolt. I had to pinch while applying force, now I'm sitting and I think that soon the buckets will crack. The valve does not hold, it has repeatedly disassembled and assembled, all to no avail, a slightly noticeable trickle runs, from which there is no sense at all. Washes away terribly! Not in a circle, water flows in a stream only under a barrel, and does not reach the reverse side at all. Although the company is considered to be of high quality, believe me, now they make far from good products there. Today's jika and a decade ago and 2 big differences. I do not advise buying this product.

So many breakdowns, just awful

JIKA Mio 2071.1 - a good hanging toilet
A comment
Two years ago we bought a ceramic toilet from the manufacturer JIKA Mio 2071.1. We chose for a long time, but as a result we settled on the Czech manufacturer, which we regret today. This is a hanging toilet; it fits well into the overall design of the bathroom. The toilet is washed very quickly, plus the cover with the seat is removed in a couple of seconds by pressing the buttons. Which makes the cleaning process even easier. Yellow raids for 2 years did not appear.

All hinges on the toilet are chrome-plated; there is a special antibacterial coating on the lid. And in this toilet there is a system for automatically closing the lid, for this you just need to tilt the lid slightly and it will start to close on its own.

And the toilet is hanging, it should be installed with a special installation system and mounting frame, remember this.
Costed 12,000 rubles, a little expensive, but the quality and design require sacrifice.
pros
Stylish, high quality
Minuses
Expensive, complicated installation
Term of use
more than three years

We bought 2 toilets from JIKA, Baltic and Vega, there was a different opinion about them.
A comment
For me, all the plumbing of the JIKA brand is associated primarily with quality and reliability. Therefore, when the turn came, replacing the toilets in the house, we turned to this manufacturer. They bought 2 toilets from JIKA right away, but the models decided to take different ones - these are Baltic and Vega.

Both toilets are made in the Czech Republic, the warranty is given for 7 years. At first glance, it may seem that the toilet bowls are the same, but during operation, the following nuances were revealed. The JIKA Baltic toilet bowl does not wash well, much worse than Vega. And it’s much harder to care for him, all because of the internal bends of the seat. As for the Vega toilet, there are no complaints at all, it works perfectly. It is easy to wash it both outside and inside.

For both toilets, a built-in seat with a cover was attached. They are also equipped with a dual-mode flush. The toilets are comfortable to use, all ergonomic features of people are ideally thought out in them.
pros
Vega - the perfect toilet
Minuses
Baltic turned out to be slightly worse than Vega toilet
Term of use
more than three years
