We opened it, the plumber decided that there was a defect in the gasket, requested a new gasket in the company, sent it without any questions. I arrived within a month or a month and a half. When installing a new gasket, the problem did not disappear, when calling the hotline, they offered to completely change the insides in the tank, sent quickly, within two weeks. But the problem did not go away again. I clean the toilet every day, at what I washed it in the morning, in the evening, as if I hadn’t done it. I’m calling the hotline again, and I’m asking you to simply replace the toilet under warranty. I was asked to shoot a video on how the process of flushing and draining water occurs, applying a napkin for this, in order to determine the degree and intensity of the residual water flow. Sent. After that, I get the official answer: "Following the results of the review of your video by our experts, the decision was made:
This phenomenon of water drainage is residual from the cavity of the closed rim of the toilet bowl.
According to the technical condition, the time of this runoff is not regulated.
It is a technological feature of cups with a closed rim.
To remove the yellow strip, please use citric acid or household detergents to remove calcium from the surface.

In simple words, the fact that a huge amount of residual water flows from under the rim of the toilet bowl is for this company NORMAL. The company believes that the rim toilets exactly the way it should be. If this really were a technological feature, then absolutely all toilets would be in this state, but I do not buy the first toilet in my life, and they were all rimmed and never had such problems. And if the toilet of your company has such problems, then let the sellers warn against this. If the seller warned me and said that the water from the rim would constantly flow, I would never buy this installation.

I bought a sink. When they started to install, it turned out to be defective. The mounting holes on the sink have a deviation of more than 10 mm from the horizontal axis. I have been working with the Roca service center to resolve the issue of replacing the marriage for half a month already.

There is no solution from them. Awful Russian production group. It seems that the products manufactured at the Tosno plant are continuous defects which are covered by the after-sales service. I wonder why the main company Roca does not care about the quality of its products?

I bought a toilet, gave 9500.00 thousand for it, and bribed me with a big guarantee and super wash.

What really is. From the toilet flow and in the Rock gave the conclusion that this is normal! That this is not a defect, but the technological feature of the bowl and the residual confrontation over time is not regulated !!! And the fact that we have streaks of constantly flowing water from the bowl (for hours !!) is normal and we have such water, but they have nothing to do with it! The lid (metal parts) began to rust in the first month! Yes, and cracked.

Pass by, do not waste your honestly earned money on this g ....!

I purchased a white toilet 342517000 ROCA DAMA SENSO, (customer order No. 7255 dated 06/07/2015 Shopping Center "European" city of Magnitogorsk, Chelyabinsk region) after installation, I found a crack in the body of the toilet, turned to the seller to replace the toilet, the seller refuses to make a replacement. It was not possible to detect a crack inside the toilet bowl when buying. Further operation is not possible.

In general, if you like modern style, then the Roca Sidney toilet is perfect for you.

Installed specialists, the installation took Grohe. I specially picked up another lid on the toilet, the one that comes in the kit is not equipped with a micro-lift. As a result, the cover was taken from the same collection as the Sidney toilet, but equipped with the Slow-close function. With it, the toilet does not rattle when closed.

By the way, the toilet fits perfectly into our bathroom and blends well in color with an acrylic bathtub. I am satisfied, there are no problems with the toilet, and there is no hint of future breakdowns in it.
