Greenhouse Accordion is not better and not worse than the rest

I am a summer resident with quite a lot of experience. All my seedlings begin their life under greenhouses. I have 4 of them. Periodically, you have to buy or change arcs and covering material. Here came the moment when one of the greenhouses completely failed due to the natural wear and tear of all structural elements.
In the building goods store, I looked after a small greenhouse. Completely plastic with agrospan covering material. In all respects, including cost, it suited me.
There is nothing unusual in assembling the fields of operation, which is what advertisers love to lure gullible summer residents. Everything is standard, including the extremely low quality plastic pegs that I even started using. Instead, fittings with rubber gaskets are simply clogged into the pipes so that they do not hang. A piece of reinforcement is 28 cm. 10 goes into the pipe, 15 into the ground. Enough to secure the greenhouse in the ground. It is not necessary to paint the fittings, even with constant dampness, the metal rusts extremely slowly.
pros
reasonable cost, high-quality covering material, lightweight plastic arcs
Minuses
fragile pegs

I would like to clarify that I have no complaints against manufacturers. We just have such natural conditions. The bare steppe and strong winds. It is necessary to seriously strengthen all light structures, including greenhouses, so as not to fly away. This leads to premature aging of the covering material.

At first, we were not very pleased with the purchase of the accordion greenhouse. Overlooked that the arc of polypropylene (plastic). I was upset, I thought that they would quickly break the wind. But this is the second season, and the greenhouse stands as if nothing had happened. As a base, like other greenhouses, he made a box of boards 30 cm high. He simply drills metal arcs in two places and screws them to the boards with screws. I had to tinker a bit with plastic arcs. I used a bent metal plate and screwed it on both sides of the arc, to hold well.
pros
retains heat, covering material reliable and durable
Minuses
need finalization of design for regions with strong winds
Term of use
less than a month

Easy to assemble and use

I have been using greenhouses for several years. On the site are two Snowdrops. But their installation is impossible without a strong male hand. This year we bought the accordion greenhouse, and we chose the height especially for cucumbers. This year, the cucumbers in it are already in full bloom, it seems that already at the beginning of June there will be the first home-made cucumbers.
The main thing is not to let them braid arcs. I installed a special mesh on the pegs and periodically cut the antennae. This gives a double effect that the plant does not overgrow and gives more cucumbers.
pros
During operation, it behaves like all my greenhouses, maintains acceptable temperature and humidity
The covering material Agrospan 60 is quite good, non-marking, allows air to pass through, retains heat;
Pleased with the design is the lack of clips like a snowdrop, they constantly break;
Affordable, in comparison with greenhouses of other manufacturers, price
Minuses
until I discovered
Term of use
more than three years

Harmonica greenhouse - the harvest is beyond praise

I bought and used the accordion greenhouse for the first time this year. Impressions are only the most positive. Husband collected literally in 30 minutes. Then for another half day I was scampering around the site I could not choose a place. Fastened to the ground with pegs (included) and a pair of bricks (pressed covering material at the ends).

The earth warmed up very quickly, and began to plant the first seeds the next week. Seedlings of pepper, eggplant, cucumbers, tomato began to germinate. Then she sat in the country. I used a greenhouse to protect first a tomato, and then an eggplant, so that it would bear fruit longer. This year I’ll definitely buy at least two more greenhouses. Their price is not very high, especially in comparison with a stationary greenhouse, and the effect is not less. It can be seen from everything that, in the current environmental situation, it is necessary to switch from growing vegetables from open to closed ground.
pros
cheap, reliable, useful
Minuses
not detected

Difficulties in using the accordion greenhouse
A comment
This year I bought a greenhouse accordion. Seduced by the design, which requires a simple sticking of the arcs into the ground - that's the whole installation. However, during the operation it turned out that not everything is so rosy. The first is the wind. Until I managed to securely fix the greenhouse on the bed with stones and additional metal pegs with hooks at the ends. I had to catch the whole structure two times almost in the neighbors' garden. At the same time, fairly high tomato seedlings suffered, for which his wife mercilessly reported.

Secondly, there are very serious concerns about covering material. Maybe I find fault, but the covering material Agrospan 60 of mediocre quality itself, obviously, does not have an antifog coating on the inside, since the inner surface in the morning is covered with dew.
pros
cheap, easy to assemble and move together to anywhere in the garden
Minuses
no antifog coating on the inner surface of the covering material
Term of use
less than a month
