Radiators Conner (Konner)

The products of the Italian company Konner are various types of radiators: aluminum, cast iron and bimetallic. They are united primarily by the quality guaranteed by European standards, although these devices are produced in China. In addition, consumer reviews note that Konner radiators have other equally significant advantages. Among them, it should be noted high heat transfer, resistance to hydraulic shocks, beautiful design, absolute safety and environmental friendliness. Conner heating radiators in the production process are subject to strict control at every stage and are fully adapted to Russian conditions.

In the summer I installed individual heating in the apartment and had to change the old cast-iron to aluminum. I took them, because the "pros" outweighed the flaws. And he didn’t lose, there is no Tashkent at home, there are no complaints about the quality of execution, to create heat 12 sec-2 pcs, 10 sec-1 pc, 8 sec-1 pc, 4 sec-1 pc were bought. I have the first floor and the area of the apartment is 77 sq.m.

Dear Michael! But your boiler didn’t die from such pressure, didn’t the pipe break? Operating pressure, usually 1.5 bar for most boilers, read the instruction manual carefully. High pressure in the system (from 1.7 to 2-3 bar) is a consequence of improper installation of the heating system (use Mayevsky taps on radiators and a valve for supplying water to the system (add water if it drops too much)), from radiators and their company producing it is not dependent; A friend of mine also installed "everything is correct" by confusing the location of the Majewski faucet on all radiators, as well as when he soldered the pipes - the water supply to the boiler (he connected the cold water inlet to the outlet of hot water) and was surprised that the boiler was driving boiling water, but it shows 35 degrees, and it was impossible to start the heating at all until these errors were eliminated (relocation of Majewski taps and proper water connection). After that, everything worked with a bang.
pros
Price, per section 270r (aluminum)
appearance (no different from models costing 4-5 times higher per section)
quality (no worse than any other manufacturers)
Minuses
the shade may differ if receipts from different lots (the seller warned me)
Term of use
half a year

Aluminum radiators
A comment
I bought in December 2011. 4,6,8,10,12 sections in a private house. During installation, one radiator was immediately defective, flowed on the side, not at the seam and not at the junction, exchanged for the same. After 3 years, several more radiators also flowed. We are waiting for a service under warranty. I don’t want to change to the same ones. In addition, for some reason, the model for 10 sections externally and in color differs from the rest, although the boxes were exactly the same.

Conner - the key to quality and durability
A comment
I have been installing radiators, I have been working in this area for several years, I have experience with Conner radiators. As for the quality of the data by the radiator, it personally suits me personally, I always recommend installing it for clients.

The radiators are of high quality and for all my work, I have never heard complaints from customers that the radiators would flow, or that any other trouble should happen to them. Usually the problem does not occur due to the quality of the radiators, but due to improper installation.

In addition, this company has a good warranty period, if there are troubles, why do not you contact the warranty service? It’s also strange.

About Könner Aluminum Radiators
A comment
I have been operating since 2009, 6 years. The number of radiators 30 pieces. Pressure in heating systems does not exceed 1.5 atm. Metal-plastic pipelines assembled on threaded connections. Not the best option. In the first year of operation, gas was released. Mayevsky's cranes were at work. After 3 years, there were no problems with the surviving radiators. During this time, it corroded one section on two of the thirty radiators. I replaced the sections myself with new ones. No problem.
pros
Radiators are light. Repair can be done by yourself.
Minuses
I put it and forgot how to work with cast iron. Apparently, it will be necessary to repair during operation.

Konner-500 pig-iron radiator, I do not advise, China!
A comment
For a long time I couldn’t choose the company for sure, I knew for sure that I would install cast-iron batteries. Everything that caught my eye seemed somehow ugly, ugly, until that time until I saw it, very stylish and aesthetically pleasing radiators from Konner. The seller convinced me completely, and the heat dissipation was excellent 150 W from each section, everything sounded tempting, actually I bought them. The installation was successful, fast and without difficulty. He started the heating, the most unpleasant thing started here, all winter we just froze, the apartment was just cold, the declared indicators turned out to be a lie, the temperature did not rise above 23C.The real poor-quality China, terrible batteries, spat on them and changed to aluminum, now the heat is at home, our little Tashkent! My recommendations are naturally negative, poor quality.

Konner - affordable radiators
A comment
I have a double attitude towards this Italian company. Yes, outwardly Konner radiators are cute, in principle, this attracts many to themselves, they are easy to install, they are affordable. So, it turned out, both at home and in some acquaintances, I personally installed them. Nothing flows, and they warm normally, keep heat well. But, there is a big minus, their top layer is not resistant enough and is erased, which does not look too pretty. So that their appearance is not reliable and not durable.

The room was renovated a couple of years ago and the radiator was already peeling off. And I don’t know what to do: paint, change, or, since there is leave? Yes, and friends, there are fair complaints: his appearance quickly changed. And this already causes great skepticism regarding the quality of the Konner radiator and their long service life. I would like to read other reviews, maybe it's just not ordinary bad luck.
pros
affordability, easy to install
Minuses
Climb, change color, scratch easily
