Heating Radiators Thermal

Thermal radiators manufactured in Russia fully comply with international standards and modern professional requirements. Two types of aluminum are produced, which are made by extrusion from a high-quality aluminum alloy with corrosion resistance and steel panel radiators providing excellent technical characteristics. According to consumer reviews, Termal radiators deserve close attention, having a number of advantages, such as: high heat transfer, compactness and lightness, reliability and a long service life. The inner surface is mirrored, which minimizes the deposition of slag. All this makes the radiator a highly economical device.

Heating Radiators Thermal

I bought 13 Thermal radiators in Yekaterinburg in 2011. Installed them after 6 months. the first radiator began to flow after 3 years, 6 radiators were left without damage, 6 pieces were replaced. The heat dissipation is low, the width of the radiator is about 5 cm. In the near future I will replace everything, every month I carefully inspect the bottom of the radiators, it is there that the paint first peels off and then a hole forms.

Thermal is in no way inferior to imported devices

We bought a new apartment in which there were steel panel radiators. After reading the reviews and technical specifications, I concluded that STEEL PANEL RADIATORS ARE PROHIBITED TO INSTALL IN MULTI-STOREYED HOUSES! because they have extremely low working and test pressure. Understanding what kind of kosoruchik we have in communal services and given the frequency of accidents on highways, I was afraid that sooner or later a water hammer would occur and my steel battery would simply explode or leak .. They do not inspire confidence in me, because builders usually stick all the cheapest. Looking at the store and reading the reviews, I concluded: sectional bimetallic and aluminum radiators flow at the junction of the sections.

And then, my gaze fell on Termal, because it comes assembled from the factory. The plant claims that the working pressure is 24 atm, and the test pressure is 36. I accordingly did not believe it, I turned to the plant for clarification, there all the numbers were confirmed to me and I calmed down. The next day, I bought a Termal 500, I threw a steel panel into the garage. The plumbers came from the management company, they happily changed my battery and approved my choice =) the characteristics are the same as that of bimetal.I also read the information that some foreign cars overestimate the heat transfer. I don’t know how much this is true) it has been standing for 6 years, it hasn’t peeled off, it warms up so that sometimes you have to reduce the flow by a tap.

Experience using Thermal aluminum radiators

Bribed by a desire to buy and support a domestic manufacturer. As a result, after 2 years of operation, 2 radiators flowed, the paint peeled off, one showed a microcrack (looked under a large magnifying glass). When heating, the cooling cracks (I have a boiler on the timer) almost every time I turn it on, they are especially audible at night. Attempts to correspond with the manufacturer didn’t lead to anything. couplings, plugs, Mayevsky taps included in the kit oxidized.
pros
Appearance (thin), fast heating
Minuses
Horrible wall mount, cracking when heated, peeling paint

Radiators for a private house are not suitable. When heated and cooled, they make quite loud sounds.

Three years later, the paint exfoliated and 1 radiator rotted, while the coolant was ordinary clean water.

The wall mount is very uncomfortable.

TERMAL - an excellent option for a private house
A comment
I live in a private house. It has gas heating, which was made more than 20 years ago. Then, cast-iron batteries were delivered, which I decided to replace. Since window sills are small in my house, the width of the new batteries should not be large. The sales consultant recommended choosing Thermal-500 aluminum radiators with a width of just 51 millimeters.

There were no particular difficulties in installing and connecting the batteries to the heating system. After their installation, the house became warm and cozy. Radiators are easy to wash, besides they have an attractive appearance and are not expensive. Their weight is not large, the size is compact and their heating does not need to wait long.
pros
Quickly heated, easy to install.

Radiators "Termal" - reasonable price
A comment
Yes, Termal radiators are pretty good, but they are far from German. And that is a fact. They are inferior in both quality and design, which is very modest. But, due to the very, modest budget, I had to dwell on Russian-made radiators. I liked that you can choose the number of sections. Although, this is more like a publicity stunt, as in stores, a couple to choose from. So I chose, of these, the Thermal 300 model is a good option for my modest apartment. I liked that they are quite easy to install, which helps their ease. One section - 1 kg. Installed in the summer of 2013, before there were cast-iron batteries, of course, the difference is noticeable. Termal has good heat dissipation.I have autonomous heating, I regulate the temperature myself. It seems that the winter was not particularly warm, but my indicators became much less.

Experience using Thermal aluminum radiators
A comment
My company has been installing heating systems for over 10 years. Previously, in our work we used only German production, as there were no complaints about quality. At the request of the customer, they decided to install Russian Termal aluminum radiators in his office. As a specialist, they interested me in terms of an economical price and for the first look of good quality. During installation, there were no problems.

But during the pressure testing of the system, a slight leakage of one of the radiators was revealed between the two sections of the factory connection. I had to fix the leak. We reported this incident to the manufacturer. In general, this negative points ended. They have good heat dissipation; the customer did not complain after the heating season. So I think they can well compete with the German.
pros
reasonable price, good heat dissipation, easy installation
Minuses
there are doubts about the build quality
