Hammers Dold

Dold punchers are produced by a Russian manufacturer originally from Smolensk and they have always stood out among Russian manufacturers. The use of different operating modes of the hammer drill in the workflow allows you to make holes in materials such as wood, plastic, concrete, brick, metal, etc. The functionality of the tool is greatly expanded thanks to electronic speed control, impact-rotational action, the presence of a reverse that allows you to change the direction of rotation spindle. The elastic nozzle available on the handle creates significant convenience when performing repair work, the presence of the SDS-plus system provides a quick change of equipment. Reviews of the Dieold punchers confirm its reliability and quality, as well as identify some of the shortcomings.

PRE-4 and PRE-5 - the difference is palpable
A comment
Dold drills in our house have been living for several years. The first was the PRE-5, it worked just fine. Despite the fact that this is a household puncher, it coped with a full repair of the house. True, it heats up after a long continuous work, it is necessary to alternate ten minutes of work, plus the same amount of break. But when more complex work was needed, a friend (involved in repairs and finishing) advised not to torment the tool.

As a result, we gave PRE-5 to our parents (they live in an apartment, such a device is quite enough) and bought a PRE-4. The difference is palpable, working second is much more pleasant. He, of course, is much heavier in weight. But here he likes much more than the previous one. He has been working for the third year.
pros
Reliable, works without breakdowns, attractive price
Minuses
PRE-5 is heated, PRE-4 is a big weight
Term of use
more than five years

Bought Diold PRE-4
A comment
So, I chose a hammer drill exclusively for chores, so I did not even bother and did not try to choose a branded item. I opted for the device from the company Dyold of the PRE-4 brand, bribed its cost, compared to similar ones, I came out much cheaper, bought it last year. I also want to note that a big plus for me is Russian production, it was made in Smolensk. As a result, a good device, about the minuses, I even have nothing to say, the very thing is right for the house. This model has 3 modes: shock, rotational and shock-rotational. You can easily change the direction of rotation. All this miracle is packed in a plastic case, which is convenient to carry. The complete set includes brushes, crampons, drills, of course there is instruction, and also, most importantly, the guarantee that goes on it for one year.
pros
Good machine.
Minuses
Slightly flimsy mounts.
Term of use
more than one year

Feedback on the puncher Dield PRE-5: a successful household appliance
A comment
We decided with a friend to get some decent domestic device. The consultant advised Diold PRE-5, which was sold in a compact case. We took. I am for a summer house, comrade for work. For everyday life, the unit is ideal: it is easy to hold, calmly resists short-term vibration, makes 8-10 holes without difficulty. The needs of professional activity are few. With daily use, soon out of three modes, there is really a switch to only two (the blow “flies out”). After half an hour, a dangerous overheating is observed, so you have to turn off the unit.It takes 10 minutes to lower the temperature, which makes the process intermittent and affects the quantitative component. The only stable knot is a reverse; the direction of crushing is logical, always ideal. At the same time, my friend is happy with the maintainability of the tool.
pros
has a relatively low weight, will solve all home drilling issues.
Minuses
modest performance, with active use it is non-functional in the crushing mode, sensitive to overloads.
Term of use
more than one year
