The Vario 60S TWK + cultivator has never regretted purchasing
A comment
I purchased the Vario 60S TWK + in the spring of 2013. The next day, the clay section was already milled in second gear. I used milling cutters over a full width of 90 cm. Since then, on the site I completely manage only with my technique: milling, plowing, including virgin lands, cutting ridges. And talking about the transportation of goods is not necessary, a loaded cart of 500 kg for him seeds. I’m thinking about a rework in a mini tractor. Despite the high price for three years of use, I have never regretted a purchase.
pros
economical gasoline consumption of 1 liter per hour with maximum load, powerful reliable easy to manage
Minuses
for plowing on the virgin soil is still lightweight, you need to hang an additional load
Term of use
more than five years

Cultivator Caiman COMPACT 50S the machine is not bad, but the price is clearly too high
A comment
He worked recently on a motor-cultivator Caiman COMPACT 50S. I want to share my impressions. Despite the promising name for the cultivator, the dimensions and weight - 45 kg are quite standard. Subaru 6 hp engine My passport says 2500 hours, although the same one has a resource of 5000 hours with a Subarov engine. Easy smooth start-up, the design is thought out to the smallest detail to work and manage easily and pleasantly. Gear-reducer perfectly processes heavy soils. There is an opportunity for disassembly and repair - easy access.
pros
high reliability and maintainability of the main chassis and engine. There is a very practical belt grip, if the cutter jams, then the impact deformation is not transmitted to the gearbox, but simply the belt will come off.
Minuses
the price does not match either the category or functionality, the control handle is unregulated.
Term of use
less than a month

Cayman 320 walk-behind tractor is a bit lightweight for a serious household
A comment
What can not be taken away from the cayman is reliability, I have been chasing it for 3 years now and have no complaints. But it seems that the French have all the gardens rolled into asphalt. To me the walk-behind tractor constantly clings to the ground as a belly when plowing, the clearance is small. But cultivates without any problems at all. Complete with a plow, I bought lugs and a mill, in principle, there is nothing more worthwhile and there is no.

For a small cottage, it is simply an irreplaceable thing, but if the homestead is large, then we need a more powerful and heavier model.
pros
over-reliable, worked on the engine for 2 hours in the heat of +30 and at least that., by the way, the site says that the plant gives a guarantee for the engine to work 24 hours with a maximum load.
Minuses
not enough attachments have to be sophisticated by yourself, a small clearance, when loading 350 kg, it raises the primer, weights on the nose are needed. On lugs at 3 speeds, it stalls.
Term of use
more than three years

Cayman 340 for Russia a little different equipment
A comment
I have been the proud owner of the 340th cayman for 3 years. What is interesting on the manufacturer’s website is information about Honda engines on this model, and Subarovskie and dry clutch are supplied to Russia instead of the fluid coupling. The equipment itself is just a class, ergonomic design, designed for comfortable work. Plows well, but noticeable efforts must be made on damp ground, milling is done with a bang in any soil. There are still some minuses.

Before starting operation, I recommend pulling up the cables and adjusting the lever travel to your grip, otherwise your hands will hurt. The shift lever has a weak spring. After switching back and forth, it does not always return the lever to its original position. Well, as for me, you need a little more clearance.
pros
good, high-quality, reliable equipment, convenient in work
Minuses
clearance is too small, gear shifting is a bit buggy, well, the cost is bigger than most motor blocks of this class
Term of use
more than three years

Cayman Vario 60S TWK excellent, reliable device
A comment
I have been using the Cayman Vario 60S TWK walk-behind tractor for 2 years. for all the time of operation there was only one case of malfunctions in operation. I lent it to a friend for a while, after they returned it to me, the motor began to troit. I had to regulate the air flow damper. On the occasion I drove to a service center, changed the carburetor under warranty without any problems and questions. He began to work even quieter, although before that it was not too loud. A very important nuance in operation, all parts must be with serial numbers, in the service for a long time they were surprised at the lack of a serial on the carburetor, but changed. The only weak point is that you can’t carry it on its side, if the channels become clogged, then at least rinse, at least clean, but the speed is floating. He keeps the load while floating, but why spoil the good equipment.

The only drawback that I noticed was that the ends on the rubber control sticks quickly erased and they started to scroll, so it’s better to immediately wrap them with electrical tape.
pros
good at everything
Minuses
did not notice
Term of use
more than three years
