My wife chose this bed for our newly purchased apartment. Directly dragged me to the salon "Aesthetics" in the shopping center Riga Mall, she really wanted Hilton. There, this bed was exposed, it looked really impressive. Soft forms, smooth lines, high back. The prices for this furniture, of course, are rather big; this is a business segment. But we decided that since we had bought an apartment in a business class house, we would furnish it with dignity. The consultant very intelligibly and tactfully talked with us, gave me a touch, showed different fabrics. But we liked exactly the bed that was in the cabin. She was exactly in the configuration that we need, a width of 210 cm, with a lifting mechanism, the right color. And we decided to order it.

The order was brought the next day. Very polite guys, arrived without delay, raised to the floor, quickly assembled. Most of all I was touched that they took out all the garbage behind them. The bed is very comfortable, soft, good in it. It fits perfectly into the interior. I do not regret listening to my wife. Stylish designer furniture still means a lot. It pleases the eye at least, well, it rises and falls easily. I sleep beautifully in it.

We will buy here again. Already I look at armchairs and sofas. Most likely, we will furnish the living room with furniture from here.

Managers are not intrusive, politely offer help, talk about functionality. Our choice ultimately fell on not the cheapest, but the most stylish and designer bed Polladium Sprig Box. We chose another color of the fabric and changed the width to 2m, so the bed was made to order. The term under the contract 846RU is 45 days, in principle, we were not particularly in a hurry, so we agreed to such conditions, but the bed was ready even faster, managed in 2.5 weeks. They brought their delivery service to the suburbs of Moscow, they brought it into the house and unpacked it, gave it everything to check, showed the quality. I am very pleased with the service, I am already looking for a sofa!

I was more interested in the beds of this company, the design of which was simply amazing, each bed was original in its own way. It was lucky that the consultant was able to tell me about the models that most attracted my attention, thereby helping me make my choice. I decided to stay on the Venice bed, which I liked the most. At the conclusion of the contract, the color of the fabric for the bed was changed. As a result, they promised me that in 45 days the bed would be made. I was looking forward to this moment. Fortunately, he arrived much earlier. After 32 days, the manager’s call from this company made me happy that the bed was ready. They brought it to me by the time that I indicated. The staff at the same time independently raised the bed to my apartment, quickly assembled it. This bed was ideally combined with the interior of my apartment. So I was simply obliged to write a positive review about this responsible company, which offers such luxurious furniture to its customers.

The manager, the girl Olga, described in detail which fabric can be selected from the huge catalog of materials presented. The manager also helped us with the choice of upholstery color, for which many thanks to her, because we tortured her with questions. The production time for the bed took about three weeks, under a contract of 45 days, I did not even expect what would be done so quickly. The guys from the furniture company also delivered and raised the floor. Collected on the same day. Of course, prices are above average, but for such a quality of money is not a pity. The bed that we ordered from the selected materials assembled looks very cool. We stipulated the presence of a lifting mechanism, as well as the fact that an ergonomic mattress is included. I can say that the mechanism is made reliably does not creak, does not jam during use, everything smoothly lowers and rises. I hope that the bed will serve us more than one year, all the same the quality is very decent. From myself, I can safely recommend the company Aesthetics to those who are looking for premium class furniture.

I do not advise anyone to contact the store "Aesthetics". 07/29/19 we received the Plaza sofa at the time indicated in the contract. order No. 1905. The next day, I discovered a hole in one of the modules (rupture of threads).

The manager Olesya (Krasnodar, SBS Shopping Center) answered my question (with a photo) that she didn’t see anything scary, the hole was small, spoke in raised tones, was very nervous, was rude, hung up. In the salon we made a complaint, the manager took a long time refused to give up a second copy of the copy.

Within 3 designated days, the store did not respond to a complaint, it was not possible to get through to the customer department in Moscow, specifying the reason for the appeal - the manager Anastasia dropped the call. I will not describe in detail my 7 circles of hell, but the response of the client department is "Not a warranty case." While waiting for an answer, the hole parted, greatly increased in size (matting fabric).

The mood is spoiled, money wasted. The price of the sofa is 221,000. I am attaching documents, photo holes to the message.Bypass this organization, take care of your money and time.

I don’t advise anyone to buy anything here. My order is 466, I bought in Rumyantsevo. I ordered more than 1.5 million rubles. Big order. Not only that, comic terms are from 45 working days (plus 15 working days after delays under their contract, this is not a delay!

Total 60 working days, this is 3 months), so they all carry with huge delays! Even in these terms can not meet. Accordingly, the final numbers were given to me incorrect for signing. I didn’t hold all sizes in my head, I signed it. Thank you very much for the gift of the lamp at the expense of our expectation. Let a trifle, but pleasant. The lamp was rightly matched to our interior and it only decorated our room. So I want to note that in Aesthetics they still treat their clients with care.

In Russia, in my opinion, Aesthetics is the No. 1 company in the manufacture of furniture. This is actually a good analogue of designer European furniture. Not inferior in quality. In our house, the Loft sofa in the living room was made by Aesthetics, Chelsea's bed in the bedroom, as well as a chest of drawers (they bought everything in Shopping Center Your House).

In that year, a bed with a chest of drawers was ordered, in this sofa. By time, the first time in 45 days they did everything, the second time more than 2 months, there were some problems with the tissue, they asked to wait. But nothing, we waited and as a result received a fine quality sofa. So the main thing is to have patience if you want to get good furniture.
