Boilers Divo

Pyrolysis fuel combustion is a modern principle implemented in the production of Divo boilers. Due to this, boilers are more economical, able to work up to 12 hours on one tab of fuel, and have high efficiency. Any solid fuel is suitable for the operation of Divo boilers. The peculiarity of boilers of this brand is that the fuel burns out completely, the amount of harmful gases, soot and ash is minimal. On our website you will find reviews about Divo boilers with manual and automatic traction control.

Review of Hermes 12 kW boiler
A comment
I bought a Hermes 12 boiler in August last year. Over the year of operation, the boiler has established itself as a reliable and powerful heater. I drown with wood, sometimes I add coal. On some woods, it burns for 8-9 hours at boot, mixed up with coal up to 12 hours. In general, it is very convenient that you do not need to run to throw it every 2-3 hours.
pros
Long burning up to 12 hours

Boiler Divo-12U
A comment
Good day to all! I decided to share my impressions of the Divo-12U pyrolysis boiler, which I purchased from the manufacturer of Vygodnye Oveni LLC in August 2015. Firstly, I want to express my gratitude to the entire team of the company "Profitable Furnaces" for excellent development! The boiler is really cool. I live in the Kirov region, the house is 2 floors, an area of 96 square meters. The boiler installed in an annex next to the house, a closed heating system with a circulation pump and a membrane expansion tank, a chimney sandwich 5 meters high.

About this boiler, I want to note the long-term operation on 1 load for an average of 9-10 hours at a temperature of -15-20 degrees overboard. For the heating season, according to my calculations, it takes me 8-9 cubic meters of birch; if I transfer money, I spend 900 rubles a month on heating. I also want to note the simplicity and reliability of this unit, for 2 years not a single gripe and failure. There is more than enough power, a good supply remains. To summarize, I want to say that the boiler is worth the money and fully justifies itself. If you are looking for a pyrolysis boiler for firewood, then take Divo - you will not regret it for sure.
pros
Long burning of 10 hours, economical consumption of firewood due to pyrolysis, easy to maintain.

Boiler Divo-20U review for 2 years
A comment
Two years ago I decided to change the old stove. Kum advised taking a long-burning pyrolysis boiler. Of the variety, I chose the Divo-20U boiler, the reviews are normal, compact, the thickness of the metal is 4 mm., Our assembly is Russian, which means there are no problems with spare parts, well, the price is acceptable. For 2 years of use, I can draw conclusions. This unit has both pros and cons, however, like everything else in this world. Of the minuses:

1. not insulated, if you put in a cold room it is better to insulate.

2. It requires good traction and a warm chimney otherwise smokes and forms condensation (I put a sandwich pipe - the problem is gone)

3. There are no grid-irons and an ash-pan therefore it is not a fountain to heat coal - it is often necessary to clean it and this is inconvenient, but if you heat it with wood then this problem disappears. Now I want to talk about the pros (I only heat wood)

1. Despite its small size, this is really a BEAST! I have a house of 135 squares, the boiler has never worked at full capacity, and at the same time it always keeps the set temperature.

2.One bookmark lasts for 8-10 hours.

3. Good welding quality.

4. The price is one of the lowest among pyrolysis boilers. Conclusion: the boiler justifies itself, does not require a lot of attention, in general I am satisfied.

Review of the Divo-18 boiler
A comment
Two years of use have passed and now I decided to share my impressions. To heat the cottage, 130 square meters in the summer of 14, I bought a Divo-18 long-burning boiler from the manufacturer Favorable stoves. I ordered them on the site with delivery to Kazan. He made the payment on the bill and after 10 days he took it from the Business Lines. By the end of September, after installing radiators around the house, I mounted the boiler in a separate stoker. Closed system, expansion tank of membrane type, return pump, chimney sandwich 5 meters high. Over two years of operation, the boiler pleases in all respects, and especially in terms of burning duration. For comparison, parents heat the house with an ordinary direct-burning boiler. If they throw firewood every 2-3 hours, then I am in big frosts every 7-8 hours, and so on average up to 10 hours. So the boiler is what you need! Now, to sleep peacefully at night, parents will order the same for themselves.
pros
the frequency of loading firewood is 8-10 hours, it quickly warms up the house

Review of the pyrolysis boiler Divo-12
A comment
It's time to change the old boiler that has served faithfully for 8 years. The son-in-law advised to look at pyrolysis coppers of long burning, they say they are more economical to spend firewood and burn longer. So I started searching and studying on this issue. I began to delve into what pyrolysis boilers are, how they work and all that. As it turned out there is no magic there, the principle of operation is like a gas generator motor. Then the boiler itself began to choose. I thought and chose for almost 3 months, from the choice my eyes run wide and I did not want to buy a cat in a bag. The fish is looking where it’s deeper, and the person is better and not very expensive, so I’m "so cheap and cheerful."

Reviewed on the Internet, many options for foreign and domestic. Among them was my Divo-12. I looked specifically at the boiler for firewood. I liked this boiler: a large and convenient fire chamber for half-meter firewood, a water jacket all over the circuit, which increases the efficiency and protects the metal from burning, the presence of an inspection hatch (very convenient when cleaning the boiler), a large amount of water in the boiler, universal arrangement of return pipes left and right, the presence of a security group. As a result, after consulting with the installers, having weighed all the pros and cons, it was decided to purchase the Divo boiler. I ordered it via the Internet, paid, and after 3 weeks I received a notification of delivery of the goods.

At the transport company, the boiler was loaded onto my trailer and I drove home. The boiler was connected in 3 hours, because the whole denouement was already (house of 94 square). At the first kindling there was an unpleasant smell, factory paint and grease burned. From mid-October to early May, the boiler almost did not stop. It proved itself to be the best in all respects (comparing with its predecessor): it heats much more warmly and at the same time the consumption of firewood decreased by 50-60 percent. I make 2-3 bookmarks a day, depending on the temperature in the street. I am pleased with my choice as a mammoth, which I also wish for you.

Divo 20
A comment
Bought in 2013, among the pyrolyzers was one of the most inexpensive. I operate the third year flawlessly, in the house of Africa. During the winter I burn 2 cars of firewood. My wife is pleased that it is often not necessary to throw up an average of 10 hours per load. I installed an indirect heating boiler for hot water. Of course, the boiler is without any frills, but everything suits me. IMHO the most important thing is made soundly and efficiently (the welder himself, so I understand).
pros
4 steel, quickly heats up, 10 hours of continuous work on the tab, good welding, reasonable price.

Does not require special attention
A comment
I have been heating the second-year workshop with a 300 square pyrolysis plant Divo-35U, before that there was a regular direct-burning boiler. In comparison, the Divo boiler is superior in all respects. Firstly, in winter you do not need to keep a stoker, at 9 pm before closing we do a full load, I arrive at 8 in the morning the coals are still smoldering. For firewood, I’ll say right away you need dry ones, they work ineffectively on raw pyrolyzers. Also, insulate the chimney, I have a sandwich pipe made of stainless steel 5 meters high. The boiler efficiency is very good, even in the most severe frosts I still have a power reserve, apparently due to the large amount of water in the boiler. We clean the boiler once every 1.5 months, as forms little ash. In a word, marvelous does not require much attention. My assessment is a solid four.

Cauldron Divo review, use life 8 months - saved 20 cubes of birch per season
A comment
In August last year, for heating a house, 170 square ordered via the Internet a pyrolysis boiler Divo 20 directly from the manufacturer. When choosing, I was guided by simplicity so that there was no electronics (the simpler the more reliable), on fuel consumption and on the duration of combustion of at least 7-8 hours, and of course on the price. In order to reduce the time for monitoring and adjusting the temperature of the water in the boiler, I took it with an automatic draft regulator, by the way a very convenient thing. He refused electroten since elektrokotel already available. After the first heating season, I decided to share my impressions. The first launch of the boiler was made in mid-October. When the boiler was kindled, it smoked into the room, which confused me very much, but fortunately the problem disappeared right after the whole system was warmed up. I want to note a large and convenient firebox. All winter I drowned exclusively with birch 50-60 cm long. One bookmark (3-4 large logs with a diameter of 15-20 cm) is enough for 8-10 hours. The boiler warms up well all winter passed barefoot. So far, in general, I am very satisfied, the boiler is worth its money. According to my estimates, this winter I saved about 25 cubic meters of firewood, spending only 13-14 cubic meters on heating.

Divo 18 (auto)
A comment
I use only the 2nd month. There are flaws I think. It's that there is no normal passport, they just stuck it like a sample, which for Divo 10, 18, etc. The temperature regulator is simply stuck in as a load, because it can not be connected without an electromagnetic starter, it will burn almost immediately. There are no connection schemes and parameters, there is good internet! There is a lot of tar in the work, I understand that raw firewood, with dry a lot of soot, what will happen next time will show ....
pros
Easy to melt, simple.
Minuses
A normal passport is needed, instructions.

AVT-30 DIVO (Zenith)
A comment
I use the fifth season. Everything suits me. Operating time on dry large firewood is 8-10 hours. Sometimes I don’t have time to throw it, nothing bad happens. After 12 hours, the temperature on the boiler is 40. There are no heating elements. Yes, at first there was condensation and tar (from raw birch). On the advice of the manufacturer, the chimney was slightly lengthened and insulated. Everything is gone. Now I drown with briquettes. Beauty, but expensive. Yes, and a lot of them can not be downloaded. Very hot and flare up quickly. Therefore, the optimal load for 2-4 hours. If at home someone is always like mine, then as an option (mother-in-law will not cope with firewood ) Yes, and advice. I laid out the bottom with a solid brick single flat. I put a brick on the edge in front of the firebox. The boiler began to work more evenly and the brick is gaining heat and if they did not put firewood, then it holds it for some time. Something like that.
pros
Simple, reliable, non-volatile.
Minuses
With the right approach, there are no special ones. Can design
