Reliable roof

10 years ago they made roofing with Finnish shinglas tiles. The warranty period passed normally, there were no problems. Stacked strictly according to the instructions, the slope angle is large enough more than 30 degrees. The roofer at first advised not to lay the lining carpet, but I insisted that they do everything according to the instructions. Maybe that's why the view of the roof is still like that of a new one. The sprinkle is not peeling anywhere. It perfectly withstands wind loads, when it was lifting a metal tile in a strong wind, the bitmuk lay in a monolith, not a single sheet was blown up. I consider bituminous tile of one of the most reliable types of roofs

Shinglas is a great brand

The second year went as the installation of tiles from the company Shinglas. Satisfied. So slowly I’ll tell you about everything. There were no problems for 2 years in operation. The material did not fade, the crumb was not strewing anywhere, the color was as saturated as it was and remained, not nearly changed. I originally took the Shinglas tile, which comes with modified bitumen, of course it will cost more for the price, but it will not let you down in operation and will last much longer, so the initial cost will pay off.

The installation was done in conjunction with my uncle, nothing complicated, honestly there is no such thing, working with flexible tiles is a pleasure. The main thing to remember and do everything according to the rules of installation and be sure to read the instructions.

Shinglas really pleases himself, now it remains to hope and believe that after 5 years he will not let me down and remain the same reliable and beautiful tile.

Soft tile Shinglas - comfort in the house

Recently it was required to block the roof at the parents' dacha. For a long time we determined the material and chose the soft tile Shinglas. The roof area is about 90 square meters. meters (2 skates). The material cost about 108 thousand p. (along with insulation; a lot of money was spent on a plywood substrate). A little expensive, but the result was worth it.

With a metal tile (before that the roof was covered with it), it makes no sense even to compare. The bituminous tile is easily laid, looks very esthetically - the house became like a castle. Earlier, the noise from the road was very difficult to live, the ringing of metal on the roof did not give rest, and even the water penetrated the house. Now silence and not any dampness.

Recently, a thunderstorm was with a gale and hail. I thought that I would have to fix the roof, repair the damage, but the tile was preserved, like new. Parents at the dacha plan to live all summer - they are testing for wear resistance, but at the moment we are all very pleased with the result.

We constantly live in the country only in season. Therefore, to replace a leaky roof, they chose something cheaper. For the price, I made SHINGLAS Jazz soft tiles. True, then I had to pay extra for the film, plywood and the device of the crate, but it still came out inexpensively. The coating was brought already chopped, neatly labeled.

Delivered, admired: a flat, smooth, bright surface. The neighbors on the roof have expensive material, ours is not inferior. Three years passed. The first one and a half did not regret that they preferred the budget option. And in the second summer, they noticed that the thickness of the powder on the ridge and joints became much less. This spring arrived, no unpleasant changes. It turns out that the wear is slow. So that's okay.
